Hey there, Shannon here!

                                             Happy to have you here with us while we embark on this                                                 journey of progress and possibilities. My name is Shannon                                                and I am a recent MBA graduate from Southern New                                                       Hampshire University. I have been working in the corporate                                              world since 2012 and worked in manufacturing and serving                                               before that. I have worn many hats, learned many things,                                                and made - of course - my share of career mistakes and                                                 missteps. There have been failures, and there have been                                                  triumphs. Both are important to grow as a person and as an employee of any organization in any industry. We learn more, though, from our failures and mistakes.

The purpose of this site is to help those who are about to enter the workforce, are brand new to the workforce, or those who find themselves in a professional rut and aren't sure how to navigate themselves out of it. By sharing our stories of misshaps, mistakes, and missteps in our careers, the hope is that we help others to either avoid those mistakes or see how others were able to bounce back from a similar situation. You are not alone. You are not the only one. You are not the first to feel this way or mess something up in their career. It is possible to not only survive it, but learn from it and thrive because of it.

I'll be sharing my own personal mistakes and professional progress along the way, but you will also hear from others in all types of industries from all walks of life share their stories and paths as well.
